CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Manage overall company finances, ensuring profitability and financial stability.
Oversee project-specific financial planning, tracking costs, and ensuring budgets align with company goals.
Administer payroll, employee benefits, and insurance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
CMDO: (Chief Marketing & Development Officer)
Oversee business development, marketing strategies, and client relationships.
Lead estimating, proposal creation, and ensure the company’s brand presence is strong.
Manage employee growth, promotions, and performance evaluations.
Account Manager
Oversee Projects from start to finish, managing proposals, budgets, and project timelines.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Handle RFIs, change orders, submittals, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the team.
Jr. Account Manager
Assist in creating cost estimates, reviewing plans, and preparing proposals.
Assist in handling RFIs, change orders, and submittals to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Bookkeeper
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
Reconcile financial statements, track expenses, and assist with budget preparation.
General Foreman
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution, quality, and financial success.
Support estimating, marketing, and business development to drive growth.
Lead teams, optimize workflows, and enforce safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and trades for seamless collaboration.

Manage critical project documents (RFIs, Scope of Work), and oversee materials, tools, and equipment.
Jr. Foreman
Complete assigned tasks and manage workflow to ensure efficiency.
Order, organize, and distribute both direct and indirect materials efficiently.
Inventory, stage, and manage tools, equipment, and rentals.
Lead Electrician
Lead electricians in installations and repairs, offering technical guidance and ensuring quality control.
Coordinate materials, enforce safety standards, and supervise work on-site.
Electrician
Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting while adhering to safety and code standards.

Dispatcher
